• Full cycle recruitment process (from composing the vacancy advertisement till the contract signing) • Daily e-mail/phone/IM communication with potential candidates • Conducting HR-interviews (pre-screening), evaluating of candidates’ skills and experience • Maintaining and composing recruitment related reports • Maintaining and expansion of candidates database and recruitment related documents

• Managing software implementation projects (LanteriaHR system for SharePoint); • Conducting trainings and workshops; • Collecting requirements and working with technical team; • Configuring the system; • Ensuring each project delivered with required scope, quality and on time; • Preparing functional specifications based on custom requirements; • Consulting and communicating with foreign clients

• Creating career development programs, implementation and support; • Organize and conduct performance and appraisal reviews; • Developing and implementation assessment tools; • Conducting Competencies Based Interviews and Assessment Centers; • Preparing assessment results reports and feedback forms; • Taking part of distance learning system implementation (E-Learning 4G); • Preparing and implementation Assessment centers to assess professional competencies.

• Developing and implementing recruitment policy and procedures; • Providing recruitment services to the Functional Group; • Maintenance of the candidates database; • Exterior staff reserve forming; • New employees’ adaptation management – on-boarding program, performance appraisal; • Designs and conducts training recruitment for line managers.
