Mediator/ Driver between Shared Service Ctr & local German Finance, Sales & Operations - goals: achieve best business/comm efficiency & results by mitigating issues & reducing expectation gaps. German GAAP & US GAAP. German GE Finance Shared Service Center. German statutory accounts preparation. German holding entity consolidation of about 60 entities. US-GAAP to German GAAP reconciliation for FAS109. Corporate Accounting (merger & acquisition). Controller of 17 ledgers in 3 holding entities. Co-management of one headcount in India.

PwC Worldtrade Management Services. Practice: Customs and Trade consultation services to huge international companies. Regional financials controlling and consolidation - Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia. Financial systems and data quality improvement. Risk management: avoid conflict of interests with audit clients through checking acceptability of customer contracts, internal control and training.

Performance of external audit of clients (industry: oil exploration machinery, industrial air-conditioning, holding companies and lawyer pratice). Preparation and filing of Singapore income tax return and dealing of tax matter with tax authority on behalf of corporate clients (industry: credit card, holding companies, manufacturing, hotels and retails) as well as individual clients.
