- Lead the roll out of PCS (Performance Control System) for Warehousing, Customer Service and Production Planning in Europe - Visit & Audit the PCS in different warehouses & production plants (France, Germany, Poland, Italy, Czech Republic & Spain) - Support the plants in the implementation of the tool - Ensure the follow-up and reporting of PCS to the WCSC steering committee - Update the PCS WH & CS standards - Migration to the BI tool: MicroStrategy - Customer Service Reporting - New Rack Type/SAP

- Handle tasks within Equipment Planning; Space Planning; Dock Operations; Receiving Operations; Storage Operations; Picking Operations; Packing Operations - Implement new tools and equipment - Identify bottlenecks / improvements - Report to management - Follow up of the sourcing activities with the Transit/Customs Service - Contribute in the implementation of a 'Safety Action Plan' - Evaluate the proper application of procedures in the warehouse, audit - VSM

- Assist team in identifying process improvements - Work through 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles - Collect process data required to support productivity analysis - Respond to operator issues and work to resolve issues as needed - MUDA Hunting - Micro-stoppages analysis - Conduct time studies along with value add/non-value add analysis - Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, production capacity and equipment layout

- Understand the basic layout and working of the thermal power plant and the distributed control system - Get to know the power system performance metrics, tools and safety rules - Data acquisition for system performance analysis and debug - Assist with writing reports based on field investigation - Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures - Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional/other duties as needed
