 Handle Spanish motorcycle case company’s injection molding projects around Shanghai.  Control large injection molding parameters, cooling, handling and assembly.  Communicate mold revisions, quality standards and procedures to factories.

 Create new internal product design group for Chinese manufacturer.  Manage foreign clients’ project execution in the implementation of new equipment, quality control systems, and designing of production equipment.  Managed design group for product design, testing fixture design, production equipment.  Designed, built and setup production yarn creel equipment for high volume mop production.

-Develop new hand tools for the construction industry increasing Marshalltown’s brand visibility and strength in new and existing product lines. -Build CAD models from conceptual through final tooling geometry. -Conducted ergonomic studies including field research with end users. -Actively involved in brainstorming sessions throughout the engineering department, providing sketch, illustrations and creative problem solving. -Created eight new design and utility patents. -ROI analysis on new products
