Its flagship Daventry site manages 350 vehicles a week delivering 85 000 pallets to customers such as Asda, Co-op, Morrisons, M&S, Sainsbury's & Waitrose. • Development of standard work & SOPs related to warehouse operations management • Review & benchmark of reverse logistics process • Development of cycle count, perpetual inventory & warehouse management systems

JCB is the 3rd largest manufacturer of earth moving, agricultural & materials handling equipment in the world, employing 8000 employees across 18 different sites and generating global sales of £1.75 billion • Management of supply chain team • Responsible for perpetual inventory programme & external audit compliance • Responsible for all booking in operations, vehicle auditing, scheduling of receiving & gatehouse management. • Member of JCB’s leadership development programme

• Distribution requirements planning (DRP) responsibility for Ford Customer Service Division, Visteon Aftermarket & Export Markets: 13 customers, 100 product references. • Master production scheduling responsibility for Service Production Cell. • Supervision of Service Production Team • Responsible for import supply operations of service/ trade market condensers from Industrias FAACA, Venezuela. • Direct Data Link (DDL) reporting, schedule analysis & transport planning.

Project Management – Pay on Use Supplier Consignment Project • Full inventory analysis & identification of A, B & C class suppliers. • Calculation of projected levels of stock (volume/ value) to implement consignment programme. • Training of materials planning staff to administer and manage programme. • Full physical implementation of single level dynamic storage system to operate Pay on Use Supplier consignment.
