• Serving as a Bus. Lead / Owner for systems in PD Global Operations. • Establishing relationships with stakeholders to understand the strategic direction and priorities for the organization and supporting the plan for alignment of the system capabilities. • Reviewing and analizing existing systems effectiveness and efficiency, developing strategies for improving or leveraging systems. • Evaluate systems landscape, determine system strategies and coordinating roadmap and budgeting processes.

• Stakeholder management: partner and collaborate with customers, business partners and system leads • Core team member representing CTMS and CTP stakeholders at various system forums / change control boards • Partner with operations to ensure appropriate resourcing and coverage to maintain SLA’s • Escalation management • Act upon trends identified by operations. Development of business processes, action plans, drive solutions, create and distribute global communications

• Applying the best practice instructional design, adult learning theory, facilitation and other relevant training methodologies (ID9) • Lead on several projects and system releases • Identification of areas in best practice, process and training improvements • Driving evaluation of processes and trainings • Provide and facilitate system and soft skill trainings • Conduct internal and external, CTMS, Rave and MACRO trainings to end-users

I was working in the Network Control Center (NCC) in Kaiseraugst as part of the internship of my informatics studies.

I started at Roche in PGL in an informatics department to gain and enhance my informatics practical knowledge during my informatics study. This department was the informatics area which was piloting and supporting the first EDC System.

I was working in TMR AG in an informatics department responsible for programming and developing systems to save health records in private clinics. Later I was responsible for the training activities and was also acting as an interface between informatics and sales marketing for the medicinal Software "Winmed".
