Most recently provided working capital facilities in support of the demerger of UK plc and financing for one of the largest recent German acquisitions

Capital Goods sector coverage team: Transactions across the sector, including a highly competitive US into UK buy-side for a major US industrial conglomerate, and the flotation of a Russian tire company - performed pitch work and execution including due diligence and valuation. Led a team performing valuation work for UBS’s fairness opinion on a £3bn Asia into Europe deal.

UK Midmarket Group (UK country coverage team): Worked on a variety of transactions in the UK mid-market segment, ranging from a logistics merger to a sell-side role in the buyout of a UK-listed media company
