Manage and fully govern the Business Process Outsource partner located on-site delivering end-to-end Learning services for the OMV group of 25,000+ learners worldwide. Responsible for globalization of the learning function enterprize-wide, installation of a governance body, performance management, global LMS and transition to a central help desk and back office for all learner support and administration.

While posted in Berlin, Germany: responsible for junior and middle management development solutions for Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific including design and delivery. While posted in Michigan: responsible for the coordination and overall success of a new strategic management development program including recruiting, participant placement & rotation. While posted in various plants throughout the Detroit area:responsible for generalist support for employees of the unionized workforce.

Responsible for foreign national hiring, on-boarding, visa processing, administration and maintenance of all such employees’ HR data.
