- Optimizing processes along the supply chain & improve cooperation with commercial departments for the Supply Planning department - Part of a global project group to develop and roll out a tool to calculate the optimal safety stock - Lead of the global Super User community for all technical topics with regards to SAP APO & ECC system - Part of a global project group and main responsible for the German market for the reduction of finished goods waste

- Professional and disciplinary personnel management of 4 employees (Supply & Demand Planner) incl. further development of the entire team - Main responsible for delivery performance and forecast accuracy for the segment “Milk & MBB” - Super User for the German market within Supply Planning for SAP APO & BW - Monthly maintenance and updating of a capacity overview for the production site in Pronsfeld as part of the S&OP process

- Ensuring a permanent delivery while being responsible for replenishment planning of assigned SKUs in the “Milk” segment - Calculation and defining of safety stocks - Defining actions to continuously improve processes for capacity & production planning, inventory management and delivery performance

- Responsible for supply planning of leaf into four different European factories based on the VMI principle - Ensuring on-time delivery of goods fully meeting the customer’s requirements while building and maintaining expectations to suppliers, customers & LLP - Supporting the development of the new department in the UK and associated training of new colleagues
