As a laboratory technician, I played a pivotal role in conducting a wide range of microbiological tests essential for diagnosing various medical conditions. These tests included blood tests, culture and antibiotic sensitivity assessments, ELISA, VDRL, lipid profile, biopsy, and pap smear. My proficiency extended to the operation of sophisticated laboratory instrumentation, including auto-analyzers, cell counters, confocal, and fluorescent microscopes.

Antioxidant activity, mineral nutrient composition, and phytochemical profile of H. curassavicum. This study employed GC-MS analysis and various antioxidant activity assays to investigate the metabolite profiling and antioxidant potential of the halophyte H. curassavicum. The leaf extract was subjected to GC-MS and HPLC analysis for metabolite identification, while antioxidant activity was assessed using assays for DPPH, ABTS, superoxide, and hydrogen peroxide radical scavenging.

During my industrial internship, I acquired practical expertise in fermentation technology and microbiology. A key responsibility involved conducting trials to optimize media composition for Alternaria solani, subsequently utilized in the production of PSEUDAWN-F, a biocontrol agent. Throughout this experience, I gained proficiency in submerged fermentation, solid substrate fermentation, and lyophilization techniques, as well as the oculation of biofertilizer products.

I actively participated in the project titled 'Study of the antibacterial effect of some medicinal plant extracts on mastitis-causing bacterial pathogens'. My primary responsibility involved conducting trials utilizing hot and cold extraction methods with various solvents based on polarity to assess antibacterial activity. I performed HPLC and HPTLC analyses to identify and quantify phytochemicals present in the extracts, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of their antibacterial properties.
