YVR is North America’s top airport (Skytrax). My job was to generate revenue for the airport by spearheading campaigns that grew sales for its 180+ retail, dining, hotel, and parking tenants. I facilitated relationships with payment service providers, as well as creative, media, and research agencies. I also helped develop the marketing plan and brand strategy, and led five new openings, including Canada's first illy Caffè and JOE & THE JUICE.

I led marketing for the hotel, its award-winning restaurant, luxury spa, world-famous afternoon tea, dream weddings, and community events. My role was rooted in pioneering the property's post-restoration repositioning and branding, which enabled it to attract new clientele, compete in new markets, and achieve two of its strongest financial years on record.
