(Data Analytics cum decision support) • Managed 20 members team with x-technical, x-functional for the design, development of City Solutions – Indore and successfully implemented Agile, DevOps for the effective IT operations

Accountable for DevOps, ITIL Service Management, Optimal FTE with $16 M Portfolio budget, 25 IT Application support engineers globally, 88 Ford Plant, 24 X 7 follow the sun support model with the key accountabilities and deliverables such as

• Managed end-to-end offshore delivery, right from setting up of development & test teams till launch of the web portal. • Designed and developed UI, Stored Procedures using PL/SQL, Automations using Shell Scripting for the Supplier Performance Metrics B2B portal for the global auto maker – Ford

Worked for Texas Instruments to develop web based solutions for NetApps servers using Perl/CGI, MySQL,UNIX, Apache.

Worked with the CISCO development team in understanding the product (nighthawk) and supported in writing test cases, developed TCL based test scripts and automated the test scripts using UNIX shell scripts using CRON
