Reporting to the CIO responsible for leading IT strategic organizational change & transformation initiatives, aligning the CIO’s executive leadership team & delivering results against company & IT global strategic priorities related to efficiencies, costs, & employee engagement.

Vice President responsible for establishing the Global Program Management Office (PMO), and leading the planning and launch of the global strategic business change initiative ($100MM+ SAP program, globally distributed team of 110+ across Europe, U.S., Asia, India). KEY CHALLENGES: Define structure and drive talent development for a new global IT PMO, ensure the successful launch of the global strategic business change initiative (SAP) managing stakeholders, engaging employees.

Reporting to the CIO, led a global IT team of 22 (U.S., Europe, Asia) responsible for IT strategic planning, change management/communications, IT global controls, IT project portfolio management/governance, project & program leadership, methods/tools, QA/testing & release management

Reporting to the CIO, led a global IT team of 22 responsible for IT portfolio and project management across business and technology projects >$500k total cost through all lifecycle phases (avg. yearly portfolio budget of $40MM+). Responsible for strategic IT initiatives, talent development, and process maturity for project methods/tools globally.

Led a globally distributed staff of 56 (budget of $20M) responsible for the solution implementation of SAP/R3 (development, QA/testing, basis, conversion & cutover) including 3rd party technology vendor selection and integration.

Led the company’s first on-going IT project management office (PMO), responsible for defining the structure, staffing the team of 17, and developing project/governance processes and tools for all IT projects (business and infrastructure technology) >$500k total cost through all lifecycle phases ($25M+ total project portfolio budget – Americas region focus).

Led the implementation of the strategic supply chain logistics initiative serving as Senior Program manager for QA/testing and rollout of a 'state of the art' integrated material handling solution and new warehouse facilities – a $300MM company investment. Led a 10 member business applications team of software engineers and business analysts in the delivery of projects & application technical support for sales analysis/reporting.

Led a team of 17 (application systems analysts, business analysts, and consultants) responsible for application solutions and support for telecommunications technology services. Provided technical leadership for software solutions and support for provisioning interoffice and telecommunications business applications.
