Project member of Elopak SAP implementation; Internal consultant of demand planning in APO assisting on DP process design, scenario design/test, integration, data migration and etc. Work as central demand planner to create statistical forecast baselines for each marketing units; To understand SNP, maintain master data for APO and train end users.

After working in sales for 3 years, I rotated to operation and in charge of material planning and warehouse management. The challenge was to coordinate logistics among procurement, production and distribution for logistics KPI achievement. Furthermore, I was SAP MM Key User, who responsible for material master data maintenance and BOM to support raw material planning. A warehouse LEAN project of utilization efficiency optimization was achieved together with operation and procurement team.

My main tasks were customer order management and sales forecast accuracy analysis. As key user, I participated in SAP project implementation and responsible for sales data management, order processing and reporting. Besides, organizing marketing event such as annual industrial or dental exhibitions, distributor meeting and assisting new product introduction were also part of my responsibility.
