Provide technology vision and leadership for the Continental Corporate Quality organization by directing their IT Application Portfolio and by ensuring best fit solutions, scalability, integration, and harmonious technical architecture. Responsible for all direction of internal IT and enterprise applications that includes budget planning, escalation, people management, external outsourcing management, and overseeing entire global service support delivery and project/program management.

Leading the transformation of the corporate’s visions and strategies in Quality, CBS, and Master Data into reality by building portfolio cases, defining technical roadmap, and program implementation. Owns the Global Budget of the Team; Responsible for budget planning, forecasting and monitoring. Develops support concepts and procedures for all business processes. Owns and directs the development and implementation of SAP MDG on S/4 HANA, Quality and CBS Applications.

o Owns and drives the SAP SRM & MM IT strategy; transforming and implementing corporate purchasing strategies into all relevant process optimizations. o Evaluate and prepare the long-term technical roadmap by analysing the latest technology trends in the market. o Prepares and controls the budgets for her topics, services and projects o Manage and ensure successful collaboration with internal and external partners. o Owns all additional projects like greenfield, carve-out and integration projects.
