Analysis and calculations of efficiency indicators (TEEP), working on opportunities to improve the process, reducing losses in Hot Preparation and Calendering areas. Machine capacity calculations. Design of production areas layouts. Creation and improvement of work methods. Use of industrial engineering tools for optimization of setups (SMED) and operators’ efficiency (shift studies). Calculation of support areas saturation. Leading projects of improvement of efficiency.

Development and execution of tests on the production line for approval of new products. Monitoring and acting on KPIs in the area. Technical support to customers and response to complaints (8D) using quality tools (6Sigma). Development of a 6Sigma project (Green Belt). Outsourced at service of Kordsa in Technology Area. Data processing and process optimization focusing on continuous quality improvement, cost reduction and customer satisfaction improvement. Support to manufacturing areas in the analysis and solution of chronological production problems. Development of new products and process specifications. Analysis and improvement of the KPIs of the area. Support on solutions for customers complains (8D) with quality tools usage. Participation in 6Sigma projects.

Technical analysis of manufacturing process parameters with a focus on quality improvement. Straight contact with manufacturing areas for solving chronological problems in production. Monitoring of technology area KPI’s and progress of new experiments developed by the area. Participation in 6Sigma projects developed in the site. Focus on alarms management, quality control of the polymer feedstock, control and management of the chemical products. Support on consolidating monthly data of the technical coefficients and variable cost. Pursuit in process improvement. Application of 6Sigma methodology on the project: "Cutback of Solids (off spec) generated in drying area of the chemical plant” as part of a project of elimination of surcharges of the organic effluents.

Study of the dispersion of the main anthropic atmospheric pollutants who threat the air quality in the region of Simões Filho city and data treatment with support of computational tools.
