I help multinational clients with their global and large-scale digital transformation programs, introducing the strategies, environments, ways of working, technologies and corresponding operating models for rotating to and leading in the new. In times like today it becomes even more important to assure the impact of these transformational agendas – especially concerning the relevance regarding the core business, the investment portfolio and the consistency of the digital and corporate strategy.

As MD I was part of the leadership team building and developing Accenture Digital and its Interactive business - leading Interactive Delivery in our Region Austria, Switzerland, Germany and Russia. In this role I led our teams in the areas of digital delivery & project execution strategies, agile methodologies, sourcing models, digital marketing, content and commerce solutions.

As Principal Director I work with multinational clients and help them with their global and large scale digital transformation programs.  In my role as Operations Lead for our Interactive teams I co-head Accenture's Interactive Delivery Business and run the eCommerce and Agile Capability for our Markets ASG and EALA. In an era of liquid customer expectations, the battleground is experience. Thus, I focus on customer centric solutions, putting the customer and ux into the center of what we do.

As part of Accenture's Digital Interactive Delivery Business, my main focus lay on big scale digital transformations, B2B marketing, B2C platforms and IT strategy on top of digital marketing. I was Accenture’s Interactive Delivery Lead for Austria, Switzerland and Germany and responsible for the execution of our end2end client delivery.

At NuBON I was head of business development & partner management. I was able to successfully build a network of the most important partners for the German retail market and at the same time I was responsible for NuBON´s strategic growth in Germany as well as its internationalisation alongside the over-all growth strategies within Otto Group.

In 2010 I joined ETHALON as Senior Business Consultant, took on the role of General Area Manager for ETHALON`s Financial Services and Innovation business and as of April 2012 I took on responsibility within ETHALON`s core retail business for the development of the digital mobile solution portfolio.  I was entrusted with the transferring-process of spinning the digital-wallet-product off into its own corporation. As a result NuBON GmbH & Co. KG was established and Otto Group was won as an investor.

I started my career in 2001 in ecommerce - building B2B/B2C platforms for financial services and private banks, establishing MetzlerFund_XChange (MFX) as market leading solution for the private bank Bankhaus Metzler.
