Über mich
I am a department head in the field of Process Engineering and Quality Assurance/Control in the Aviation Industry (MRO), with more than 10 years of expert leadership experience. Besides many quality methods, e.g. 8D, FMEA, SPC, Lean-CI, I bring along a lot of experience in repair design (EASA Part 21J), in repair introduction, in modifying maintenance instructions and in claim management. Coming from the Aviation Industry, conformity to standards and regulations is of highest importance to me. I am a mechanical engineer with a postgraduate degree in general management, I am quick on the grasp and bring good technical imagination. I am careful and pragmatic and also used to directly interact with customers. I see change as an opportunity in the sense of an old Chinese proverb: "When the winds of change blow, some build walls and others windmills."

SR Technics GroupI represent an expert team of two team leaders, engineers from different disciplines (specialized services including responsible Level 3 for NDT) as well as a team of highly skilled laboratory specialists. Both labs process all kind of requests from standard routine tests to non-routine analysis and investigations. The department is also responsible for quality assurance iaw. EASA 145 but also EN 9110 as well as for quality control on process and part level by laboratory analytical means.

SR Technics GroupAs Head of Part Repair & Process Engineering including Chemical & Physical Lab I represent a team of highly skill personnel with design capability in EASA Part 21J up to CVE for processes and materials. Both labs process all kind of requests from standard routine tests (oil, fuel, hydraulic fluid, water etc.) to non-routine analysis for chemicals and metallurgical investigations.
As Head of Repair Technology & Laboratory I represent an expert team of two team leaders, engineers from different disciplines, including responsible Level 3 for NDT as well as a welding engineer and laboratory specialists in the chemical and physical field. I'm responsible for the introduction of repairs and repair technologies, for the continuous improvement of those and applied processes, the qualification of alternative processes and consumables and for repair development.
