Established privacy program at the new Chrysler to ensure the uninterrupted processing and transfer of personal information. Created and directed the privacy assessment process, developed Chrysler ‘Data Protection Directives’, developed Breach Notification Plan, authored web based privacy training, coordinated development of privacy contract clauses.

Position in Germany. Developed and implemented processes around policy interpretation to resolve disputes relating to policy compliance and to improve the overall policy development process. Measured projects against existing policies to assess any potential residual risks and determine cost effective solutions for addressing such risks. Led analysis of various strategic projects including, Blackberry implementation, secure Wireless LAN, office automation software, and authentication server implementation.

Position in Germany. Planned and executed upgrades to the European remote access network infrastructure to guarantee availability of corporate resources to mobile workers. Coordinated vendors and internal resources to ensure successful implementation while complying with requirements of the European departments

Managed the implementation and upgrade of the North American remote access infrastructure to guarantee availability of corporate resources to mobile workers. Implemented and managed an awareness campaign to provide remote access users with monthly bulletins, tips, and hints

Participated in the design and development of the official corporate intranet site to provide corporate information to employees of the newly merged DaimlerChrysler. Coordinated design concept, site navigation, and content generation teams in the US and Germany in order to keep global content in sync.

Identified and documented the core business processes needed to integrate CAD Model data with product information in legacy databases in order to develop a unified part information system. Coordinated system reviews with European partner Dassault Systèmes (France) in the development of the unified part information system to ensure legacy system functionality was included
