Assist and educate customers with support related to the Aloha Systems. Assist with issues related to IT problems that have happened and resolve the customers issue within the call. Connect to customers site via remote connection. Resolve Networking issues at customer’s site. Conduct administrative tasks for the customer and show them how to do it. All around service as the customer needed.
