Leading the Operations team at HBO Central Europe, responsible for the areas of Voice Dubbing and Subtitling, Archive, Ingest/QC, TX and Non Linear assett creation. Servicing the content needs of the HBO, HBO2, HBO Comedy and Cinemax brands in a multi language region of 11 countries.

Leading the MTV Germany Channel Ops team responsible for co-ordinating daily broadcast material, schedule delivery and live events across 12 European MTV services. Co-ordinating the launch of 3 new cable & satellite services and one service playout migration. Responsible for monitoring performance of technical services providers. Introducing Tapeless Workflows for 150 users of Flow. Specifying broadcast applications development requirements. Budgeting for playout, distribution & Systems Engineering projects

Providing regular cover and support for the Transmission Supervisor and leadership to the on shift team of 8 TC's. Tasked with developing new operational initiatives through regular Assistant Supervisor meetings with TX management and the operational integration of the Pro-bel Morpheus system.

Member of Broadcast Services team responsible for 24hr digital transmission from servers and quality monitoring of MTV, VH1 & TMF European services including MTV UK and VH1 UK.

Senior member of team responsible for 24hr quality assessment and network operations of all live broadcast systems on the ITV Digital platform including playout of European Champions League football. Responsibility for carrying out individual engineering project work and occasional network supervision.

Responsibility for the transmission and monitoring of analogue/digital services, co-ordination of scheduled events and staff training.

Sound recordist for Live Studio and OB. Responsibility for archiving and compiling database material for transmission.
