As fit-out Contractor, managed to accomodate design projects by integrating SketchUp and Lumion to produce quality and fast design presentations thereby adding at least 3 new and 2 returning Clients in two years. Efficiently assigned resources to a project according to strength and familiarity which enabled the team to handle multiple projects and the company to accommodate 30% more projects. Kept an excellent working relationship with some of the major retail outlets in the UAE.

Effectively utilized Revit in interior design modeling and team coordination which allowed for a faster, efficient workflow to translate design ideas to presentation thereby increasing awarded projects. Initiated the development and constant update of specification and supplier data base which reduced research time and specification writing. Assist the architectural team during competition projects through quick conceptual ideation, sketches and speed modeling.

Performed QS and estimator roles for New York University in Abu Dhabi.

Project managed an exclusive gated community that spreads over 94,000 sq.m. Initially hired as architect and later tasked to assist the commercial team with estimation and proposal preparation for interior and joinery fit-out projects.
