Responsible for setting up a program to teach American children living in Germany advanced soccer skills. We are co-located throughout Europe with many military communities, but extend our program to any child of a US citizen. Our goal is to expand the skills of the children to reach the Olympic Development Program (ODP) and then further to the USYS Region I select team.

Our disruptive software technology is already making a change in top companies around the world. We enable them to avoid data transport via courier and even with the smallest bandwidth they are able to transfer TBs of data in record time. We are focused on content management, however avoiding common technology that is complicated and not efficient. Add extra security, encryption, and a very new idea and you have our CEN product.

Responsible for aquisition of new business focused on the commercial market. Special areas involved Mobile Data Centers and Built to Order custom hardware.

Responsible for helping SpectraLogic Expand their current business in Central Europe.

Responsible for setting up a professional sale team for the German speaking countries and eastern Europe. Defined the business plan for Central Europe, and help achieve over goal revenue in the first two years. EqualLogic was then purchased by Dell.

Being in NetApp from the very beginning, I started off in the beginning as a SE mainly focused on Germany. As Time evolved and my education of the NAS market, I was assigned as a sales rep to Austria, to expand the buseinss there. After 2 very successful overachieving goal years, I was then entrusted with developing a new market that has not been entered by NetApp. I built an indirect sales model country by country, helping me overachieve goal year after year.

Responsible for planning of battle field communication based on a sub contract to the US Military Intelligence. We designed an ATM network between areas in Bosnia and Washington, so that real time video could be used in Washington to make decisions in real time.

A veteran of 3 conflicts in the world, I started off as a communication technician for long range recon, then moved as my career developed into the Special Forces. I am a decorated veteran from the Gulf War, Somalia Conflict, and Bosnia.
