Currently managing detailed heavy machinery designing of an African Cement manufacturing plant (client, vendors and site personnel) follow-up and Pyro section detailing work. Re-designed the existing equipment through Reverse engineering. Ensuring the effective functioning and quality by conducting the required static analysis and loading calculations. Implementing the DFM and DFA methods that piloted the manufacturing process, delivering the end product to the customer with promised quality and budget cap.
