The company have decided concentrate Latam Accounting and Treasury process in one shared service based at Colombia. So once again I have moved with my family to another country just to collaborate in the management of this defiant project.

On February 2009 , Union Fenosa bought a Chilean company that was studying various settlements for Power Wind plants. On May I move into Chile with my family to manage all the structure functions, HHRR, Finance, Accounting, IT, General Media and so on.

After Selling of SOLUZIONA GROUP to INDRA. I was offered to stay at UNION FENOSA GROUP as responsible of controlling of HHRR Costs Budget of the group. Adding this I participate at promotion procedures, expatriation and definitions of scales retribution models.

Responsible of Forecast, Production Control, Management Report, Reporting to Matriz and so on, Since October 2005 to September 2006, I Assumed too the Financial Manager Rol to cover the vacant left for the responsible until the company find the a new responsible.

In addition to the previous responsibilities I assumed all the Control reports either consolidated for the entire Soluziona Group.

Design and implementing previous corporate policies adaptation of Business Models, Control Reports, Control EIS, Risk management models, and so on.
