PMO team member within Global People Services to support an RFP process for a new global RPO partner: • Support Global HR in defining, and introducing optimized global HR processes with a focus on Recruitment & Internal Mobility • PMO - Project coordination: designing and updating management templates, creating presentation for SteerCo´s and project updates, data gathering & analysis, process design in ARIS, close collaboration with the ING and new vendor Project Leads

• Employee Life Cycle Management: advising & collaborating with managers, employees and HR service providers during all employment stages • Performance Management: preparation and monitoring of the annual Employee Development Review • Stakeholder Management: e.g. communication & cooperation with the works council as an employer representative • Occupational Health & Safety Management: planning & coordination of health measures, events and workplace inspections as part of the Health & Safety Committee
