At Ecom I work exclusively within the User Experience and Service Design arena. As a result of working in specialised sector, we have very good understanding of our clients and candidates needs and expectations. My role involves working with highly skilled User Experience and Digital Creative Professionals throughout Germany especially in the Berlin region to help them achieve their career goals.

I am responsible for market research and identification of potential renovation or development properties. Prior to taking on a project I am responsible for conducting thorough viability studies and cost analysis to determine if a project is economically justifiable to pursue. I plan and coordinate renovation and building work and resolve any issues encountered through to project completion and sale.
