Oversees and manages all aspects of Administration for one-eighth of statewide Nonprofit with 1200 employees. Develops, implements and monitors budgets for all Regional sites. Manages finances ensuring accurate accounting of accounts payable and petty cash within territory. Serves as local Human Resources representative and point person concerning all disciplinary, personal, leave balance/time off, and other work related issues. Works with supervisors providing support and guidance as well as evaluation
