As Back Office Supervisor I was responsible for managing the Back Office team (serving the markets Germany, Austria, Switzerland & France) in ensuring 2nd Level Customer Services, Bonus & Qualifications, Communications, Events, various projects and Strategic Account Management Support are carried out efficiently and effectively. This role entailed proactive support to the Sales Area Manager with business analysis, strategy, strategic projects.
As Project Sales Coordinator, I was able to expand my previous responsibilities by a number of tasks, including management of student employees and coordination and support of strategic projects. Additionally, I supported with ideas and led the integration of new processes of the newly adopted workflows of the LGS-Team (e.g. budgeting, tracking, drafting of the organizational structure).
In my role as Junior Sales Project Coordinator, I took responsibility for a variety of tasks, ranging from administrative support to senior management (GM, Sales Project Manager), to design and implementation of events. I additionally led the conception of new strategies for diverse communication channels, ensuring quality and diversity of media outputs.
