Conway Consulting is led by Keith Conway, an ex-Consulting Partner. Our company is built on 3 pillars:

1. Recruitment. We are preferred suppliers at the top consulting companies, UK banks and UK Insurance companies.

Due to our deep consulting and industry knowledge, we ensure all our candidates are fully prepared for all stages of recruitment through thorough interviewing and coaching.

2. Consulting. We offer our clients a third way to successful change. We offer small teams of high value independent contrators, often ex Big4 ranging from EMEA Partner through to Manager grade as an alternative to large consulting teams or fickly contractors.

We passionately care about the service we provide and are only able to grow through client referrals.

3. Career Coaching. We offer two career coaching packages.

The first is for experienced consultants looking to either change company or change industry. We are highly experienced at helping candidates in this area from Partner through to Manager grade.

The second is new offering for Graduates. A three step process, we re-write the cv following a face to face session determining value, passion, motivation, behavioural fit. We then assess and assist in marketing and applications. Finally we teach interview technique.
