The task included migrating accounting and reporting finance processes from the employees in the different legal entities, most of whom were made redundant, to newly hired and trained employees in the Philippines and Romania while meeting constraints in terms of, for example, cost, quality and works council regulations. Reported to VP Accounting&Reporting.
