    Group Headquarters, Finance, Accounting&Reporting Led the project to implement a Finance Shared Service Center in Romania and the Philippines. The task included migrating accounting and reporting finance processes from the employees in the different legal entities, most of whom were made redundant, to newly hired and trained employees in the Philippines and Romania while meeting constraints in terms of, for example, cost, quality and works council regulations. Reported to VP Accounting&Reporting.

    Group Headquarters, Finance Supervised an overhead cost reduction project supported by French management consultants, covering a cost base of MEUR 600. He reported directly to the Vice President Finance and the project steering committee which was headed by the Bombardier Transportation President. At the end of December 2008 a final report with recommended actions was presented.
