I create the vision and strategy for my team and drive team efficiency and dynamics, by eliminating road blocks. Furthermore, I am taking care of operational efficiency and effectiveness with learning and leadership topics as well as creating learning & leadership forecasts and assess our learning portfolio.

Helping our employees to develop personally and professionally during their employment at trivago, by supporting personal development trough tailored learning opportunities. We examine individual needs, learning styles and current work priorities and using these to drive constant development. Within Off-boarding I developed and optimized our internal off-boarding process by conducting exit talks, writing reference letters in both German & English, analyzing exit surveys and managing the Alumni network

Talent Management & Services/Recruting • Handling the recruitment process, including the communication with the applicants, scheduling interviews, sending out offers and creating contracts. • Conducting job interviews and developing interview processes in cooperation with other teams. • Consulting Team Leads on suitable recruiting processes for their positions and supporting with case study set ups and their evaluations. • Handling the communication with Agencies and conducting Active Sourcing.
