Responsibilities : Oracle apps && Oracle apps DB instances : -Support the service by identifying the cause of user escalations and by independently resolving all the issues related to the Oracle database, Oracle Applications. -Apply operational changes : define users, responsibilities, sub-inventories, items ,fiscal calendar and periods, update approval hierarchies, etc.. -Writing queries to extract reports from DB, updating existing PL/SQL procedures. -Communicating with oracle support and apply patches.
