I managed backhaul transmission capacity, forecasting, inventory and budget for 800+ cell sites, coordinating various technology upgrades by scheduling works for regional operations teams. I ensured physical and logical capacity was available on the networks serving 2G/3G/4G access platforms as well as owing the forecasting and budget for the networks IPSecGW and Femto platforms. I was the planning interface for BT hardware suppliers and services, leading various technical reviews, RFP and NPI process.

I was the planning interface for 16 global Delphi material suppliers, placing and tracking against production forecast the weekly schedule of 100+ different high value components, supporting five production lines making heavy duty fuel injectors using a mixture of SAP MPS and excel spreadsheets. I would present my own supplier and inventory KPI, flag any potential issues to the business and create/present contingency plans were required.

I was the main contact for all delivery and storage activities into the UK, administrating the booking of 90+ SKUs across 170+ container deliveries per month from worldwide manufacturing plants into various 3rd party distribution depots in the UK. I would report stock and supplier performance through various KPI reports. In my final year I was also tasked with planning the production and shipment of 10+ canned sweetcorn SKUs from France to the UK using SAP MPS, maintain forecasts and BOM.

The role required me to generate, monitor and maintain product shipping and engineering data for a category of SKUs in SAP, maintain a rolling audit of forecast pack data for that category using the SKUs BOM and support various roles within the planning team as and when required.

The role required me to support the total supply chain process for Continentals truck tyre orders into the UK from Germany using SAP R3 and excel. This included customer forecast, inventory management, order management, deliveries and quality measurement.
