The store manager position by Michael Kors was a great new challenge for me after the long time working in the wholesale. In addition to the operative and strategic tasks of the store manager position I had the complete responsibility of the recruitment and hiring process of the team which I was leading and I was in charge of the on boarding and trainings of all the stores in Germany. I had the chance to develop multiple team members to higher positions and to support them in their growth in the company.
