Working as a team lead for data conversion team which manages the overall performance of the Oracle Kenan Billing system by monitoring the orders that are coming through Siebel and Tuning the billing system if required by writing PL/SQL scripts. • Critical task is to understand the business needs and analyse impact of the data conversions on the system before configuration changes are made.

Worked as a Data warehousing consultant. Role involved designing SAP Business Object reports based on journaling and billing information. Worked on the testing and designing of IBM datastage ETL tool.
