Document and monitor status of testing. Analyze and evaluate results. Reproduce and verify bugs/improvements, create test cases/plans/designs, find/create issues (bugs) for failures and ensure adequate test coverage, execute manual/performance/exploratory/smoke tests and provide input back to the team regarding the status, have an innovative approach to my work that has result in improvements to the product, pay attention to details.
