I was trained to become an event manager in the city of Berlin. Creating and taking care of live shows throughout Europe with international artists (ZAZ, Sophie Hunger, Mariza aso.) paved my professional way. Since 2015 I’m cruising the ‚7 seas‘ being entrusted to lead teams of up to 70 crew from all over the globe, while travelling it. I continuously was able to improve my given talents, to explore more capabilities and to learn many new things which made me the manager I am today. With a never ending positive drive I see each task as a challenge & lead my team to success. *Keeping the overview of department related & non-related factors *Setting goals & strategies while considering the supporting and possibly compromising factors *Having the paperwork straight, at all times *Respecting the time of others & myself *Keeping budgets in check *Supporting the team all day every day Working in the entertainment industry taught me that diversity shouldn’t be an option but a necessity.
