• Actively pursued and generated strategic opportunities across a unique network of partners (upwards of 120 per artist). • Forecasted and budgeted earnings in a highly volatile market place in excess of 2.5 million dollars yearly. • Procured and negotiated various contracts for distribution, publishing, bookings for live events, and synchronization licenses. • Designed partnership agreements. Clarified the split of company profit and expenses amongst individual members.

• Curated performances by a myriad of eclectic performance artists. • Designed a production framework outlining potential expenses to reduce massive overages in spending that nearly bankrupt the organization prior to my involvement. • Negotiated appropriate fees for performing artists in line with self-sustaining ticket sales. potential based on pre determined budget allotments. Additionally negotiated all local labor and managed end-to-end and day-to-day operations for all performances.

• Assisted Director Margaret Brown and Producer Sam Brumbaugh day-to-day.

• Liaised directly with Show Host, Jenny Jones and Executive Producer, Ed Glavin. • Designed a unique framework for organizing a team of 70 technical and production staff with a focus on accountability; thus ensuring clear and effective communication in a very fast paced and constantly changing creative work environment. • Traveled extensively across the US administering paternity tests. • Frequently escorted guests to have dentures fitted.

• Worked alongside Art Director Brian Cannon day to day, and to park a Rolls Royce in a swimming pool for the cover of the 3rd Oasis record, Be Here Now.
