About me

Linchang Shen focuses his legal practice in the areas of M&A, foreign investment,corporate counseling and dispute resolution.

Linchang has received legal education from the most prestigious law schools in both China & the UK. Before Linchang was admitted to the bar,he had been a judge with an intermediate People's Court of China and served on cases involving FDI and international trade 1996 - 2006.

Linchang has launched "Global Legal Network (GLN)" which is dedicated to facilitating cooperation among law firms in various jurisdictions. As of 1 July, 2012, over 400 law firms worldwide have joined the legal network.
