• Prepare and build Microsoft desktop operating systems in an enterprise IT environment. e.g. Windows 7, 10 • Following standard operating procedures, provide quality Level 1 & Level 2 support and services to users of Agency. • Address service requests and incidents channeled through the Service Desk. Follow up on incoming calls, service requests and reported incidents. • Enroll, troubleshoot and replace mobile devices

• Provide technical expertise in the planning, design, implementation, maintenance and support of the company’s Workplace Operations environment(Windows 7 and Windows 10 devices). • Identify and resolve issues, improve system functionality and search for system improvement opportunities. Additionally, maintain and follow all relevant procedures and documentation, reviewing and updating where required • Responsible for all the issues which are reported on Win7 & Win10.

• Worked for 6 months on Windows 10 and OSD in Belgium as part of onsite opportunity. • Responsible for Lifecycle of laptops/desktops. • Deploy packages through SCCM 2012 R2– create collections and advertisements • Responsible for managing iPads via SOTI MobiControl. • Test and implement monthly security patches(WSUS) by SCCM 2012 R2. • Focused on quality, with attention to detail • Providing L3 support (includes GPO, OSD, task sequence, performance issues, user profile related)
