As the Global Head of Business change and Transformation - ORM - R&CA, I lead the R&CA Framework design and implementation to help strengthen the Bank’s Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF), system and practices to enable risk based decision-making across 1st Line of Defense and enhance 2nd Line of Defense risk governance and control assurance.

- Led the delivery of large-scale transformation programs in partnership with global financial institutions, focusing on change, process optimisation and tool implementation. - Contributed to the growth of Accenture community with focus on change management methodologies and challenges to their adoption (eg. Kotter’s methodology). - Grew a team of consultants interested in exploring the impact of disruptive technologies (Blockchain, RPA, AI).

- Led the delivery of several projects focusing on business transformation, complexity reduction, process optimisation and tool implementation. - Managed CxO level stakeholders to ensure the overall consistency of program milestones, alignment to vision and prompt reaction to issues. - Grew a team of consultants able to support different styles of implementation (Agile vs Waterfall). - Built relationships with EPM vendors in order to help customers select the right tool according to their requirements.

- Selected amongst a small number of transformation experts to join the company and strategically expand its business. He managed the delivery of several EPM projects, working with several clients across different geographies. - Head of the Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting Transformation department, he worked with his team to develop best-in-class technology solutions suited for business complexity. - He built a group of consultants able to efficiently deliver transformation within short time-frames

- Managed the delivery of several business change and EPM projects in different sectors with significant focus on process optimisation and tool implementation. His clients ranged from mid-to-large-sized companies, often classified as Diamond Accenture clients. - Gained significant knowledge of Oracle EPM tools with hands-on experience. Thanks to his analytical skills and scientific academic background, he was able to successfully manage complex requirements and provide effective solutions to his customers.

- Largest technical university in Italy (ranked #24 - World Top 500 universities, 2017) – 5/5 years. - Thesis title: “Experimental analysis of the mechanical response and numeric modelling of hybrid laminates for aerospace”.
