Responsible for the largest account and supporting roles across other accounts. Pimary responsibilities were planning, costing, briefing, supervising and presenting projects as we all being the primary contact person for numerous international and local clients.

Responsible for operational procedures and ensuring the strict OHS and Food Safety Regulations were ahead to closely in the final stage of production. Reviewing internal operating procedures and refinements to streamline overall efficiency within the company.

Responsible along side senior management for the smoothing running of the Nixon Hotel including finance, stock control & purchasing, scheduling, operating procedures, event planning & management.
