Master Thesis: Service Design in Startups - Deployment and Implementation In my master thesis I used the service design approach to investigate product and service development in startups. For this purpose, I conducted interviews with startup founders to uncover challenges in development and define requirements for a concept. Subsequently, I developed my own concept and a framework for the successful development of products and services in startups. Finally, this was examined from an economic perspective.

During my time as a Visiting Consultant at INVENSITY I supported various consulting projects in the area of Service Design and Safety Management.

At MTU Aero Engines I was part of a major project as assistant to the project management. Besides preparing presentations for partner and customer meetings, my main tasks were the development of a calculation tool for cost evaluation and the maintenance of a database for the evaluation of production values. Due to my role I also learned a lot about classical project management and had insights into various departments.

Bachelor Thesis: Investigation of the influence of carbon materials on the material properties of 1K-PUR and MUF adhesives In the context of my bachelor thesis, I intensively studied the material properties of carbon nanotubes and carbon fibers and their effects in a composite material. For this purpose, I developed and conducted my own experiments in addition to generally accepted tests.

During my time at the Bauwerk Boen Group, I have been involved in various development projects both operationally and strategically. In addition, I myself led a project as project manager in process optimisation to a successful completion. I learned a lot about different approaches to test preparation and execution, as well as about the economic influences of a successful research and development department.

During my second year at the Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences in Rosenheim I worked as a student tutor for mathematics and quantitative methods. Being an instructor for 45 first-year students from various majors I received excellent evaluation results for the course.
