• Analysis of monthly P&L accounts, including preparation of the production management meeting • identification and explanation of the difference between balance sheet and logistic material stock accounts • Analysis of scrap an rework accounts • Adaptation and optimization of the controlling tools and procedures • Supporting in the inventory valuation activities • Consolidation and validation of benchmark data (utilization and productivity)

• Monthly analysis of intercompany differences within the Group. (ca, 70 companies) • Supporting activities during the consolidation of the financial statements • Analysis and factual clarifications in the field of reporting of German and foreign group companies

• Physical inventory of fixed assets of all administration and production departments, including tooling held by intercompany and suppliers • Ensure the accuracy of de fixed asset records, reconciliation and adjustments

•Controlling of the company (2 Mexican sites, and 7 differents business units) reported to corporate headquarters in USA, Germany and France. •Financial statement planning (Capital Plan Investment, Income Statement, Balance Sheet , Headcount, Financial Ratios); operation and coordination of FCST, AOP and BSP to all divisions •Analysis of risks and opportunities •Monthly Causal -Variance analysis •Analysis of: Material Variance (MPV), Cost and Margin analysis •Warranty analysis

• Accounting of the balance sheet • Control and analysis of financial statements • Month-end and year-end closing to be reported to the corporate headquarters in USA • Monthly expenses variance analysis • Inter-company transactions and reconciliations • Supervision of fixed assets and accounts payables activities • Bank account reconciliation

• Coordination and supporting subsidiaries in all aspects of cash liquidity (funding), interest rate and foreign exchange rate • Supervision of cash and banks accounts bookkeeping • Daily and monthly cash flow reports • Bank reconciliation accounts • Regular compilation and analysis of treasury reports • Analysis of future funding needs based on local liquidity plans and budgets • Work on treasury and finance related projects

• Elaboration and coordination of AOP Financial statement and overhead costs • Product cost and margin analysis • Control of the intercompany transfer prices • Reporting of the commercial indicators and financial monthly reports to the headquarter in France

• Check hours on employee timesheets. • Calculate accurate wages, including any bonuses, salary increases or overtime. • Calculate any tax or national insurance deductions and pensions contributions. • Calculate statutory payments, such as maternity, paternity and sick leave. • Calculate and process accurate payments to employees by cash, cheque or electronic transfer, ensuring strict deadlines are met. • Process new documentation for starters and leavers.
