-Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content. -Install, maintain, or use software testing programs. -Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes. -Update automated test scripts to ensure currency.

-Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback, and correct problems or refer problems to appropriate personnel for correction. -Analyze user needs to determine technical requirements. -Write supporting code for web applications or web sites.
