I am working at BSH Home Appliances Group, headquartered in Munich. My focus lies on consumer-centricity and product management. Due to my previous work as a Consumer Insights Consultant, I am particularly familiar with standard market research methods and consumer centricity. Identifying user needs and improving everyday chores in millions of households inspires me. That's why I am a Product Manager by passion. Additionally, I am also familiar with various UX Methods, Design Thinking Workshops and Usability Engineering Processes based on the standards of ISO 9241 and (of course) baking & cooking.
