Working closely with businesses having a turnover in excess of £10 million. Reporting to the Head of Risk Control Unit and responsible for supporting the Relationship Directors as a credit specialist dealing with a range of credit requests for a given portfolio. Working in partnership with the sales and servicing team.

Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with a demanding portfolio of medium sized corporate customers acting as primary point of contact, supporting the Relationship Manager, identifying customer needs and dealing with a range of procedural, operational and credit related issues. Customer relationship development and credit management is also involved in all aspects of sales and service.

Dealing with inquiries and investigations related to Documentary Letter of Credits. Prioritisation and organisational skills according to International Trade regulations. Dealing with English, German and Greek speaking customers whilst delivering world-class customer care.

Fulfilling a 20-months military obligation as part of the liability of all Greek males for military services in the Armed Forces. Decoding top-secret messages related to Air Force plans around Mediterranean.
