Manuela Watzl

I am responsible for the customer experience and the store's omni sales results, leading a sales team to provide excellent customer service and intuitive recommendations. I am in charge of the store's book business, ensuring our customers have a smooth shopping experience by continuously identifying areas of improvement and addressing gaps in the store performance. As part of the management team I create an environment that promotes employee growth and development as well as engagement.

As Operations Leader I was responsible for the lead execution of sales program activities to support strategic priorities, sales goals, and profitability targets. I also proactively identified areas of improvement, diagnosed issues and worked to resolve them with the customer experience at the forefront of mind, both in back of house and on the sales floor. A core part of my role was also to provide coaching and feedback to my peers.
