Senior Management Consultant with over 20 years of experience, in the fields of programme/project management, change & transformation, efficiency/ productivity & profitability improvement, Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Lean management & manufacturing with a focus on sustainable implementation and continuous improvement within medium-sized to large organisations. Over the career, the key challenge to the majority of engagements has been the streamlining and integration of the clients’ operations to best balance the organisation and resources against the output. Coordinating and optimising the operational processes down to shop-floor level has also been facilitated through the appropriate application and implementation of Lean methodology and techniques. Extensive coaching in order to create real change, in conjunction with understanding the consequences of decisions and actions and how they impact operations, have substantially contributed towards the excellent results delivered.
